Post Draft Roster Updated 8/9

I still think Tibs is on the money, once the new NBA rosters are finalized (in reality) then the rookies, traded, free agents, will be in there new homes. I think that's the rosters everyone wants.

Great work though and keep it up. I wouldn't even know where to start, so kudos to you guys.

Yes I'm going to hold off until the rosters are FINALIZED hopefully Andrew will make one because I guarantee his will be better than mine.

Hey guys wanted to share to you on what i did on how to add the new rookies in the game:

1. I updated andrews roster with current transactions and trade.
2. I then load the updated roster and go to dynasty mode, then save it.
3. I run the draft installer of OLE which added the rookies to the draft, used bruce wayne tool to make the appearance dbf editing easier, then save it
4. I copied the players and appearance dbf file on that saved dynasty to the roster i initially edited.
5. Use nbalive 2006 editor and moved the rookies to their correct team, run the ratings.bat from ole's draft installer
6.I load up the new roster and every rookies are in the game, I even tried it on dynasty and it worked..

I am not sure if this will work on all of you but it works for me, all the players are in the game except for some problems which will like require some dbf editing like changing the year of previous rookies like bogut to 1 since this will be their second season to avoid mixed up in the rookies game on dynasty..I also notice that some rookies has rating of 0 like solomon jones i guess they were not included in the ratings.bat from ole's draft installer.

This will be a better alternative while waiting for someone to update the roster.

to ole:joel freeland is not in the draft

yeah man not everyone is included since this was released long before the draft actually happened. i still need to find all the cyberfaces.. sigh. though the draft is really inconsistant, i've had like tyrus thomas go as low as 10th and ronjo rondo as high as 5th. strange.

in adrew's thread someone release a roster patch with rookies and also other transaction that happens in the nba.

is there anyway you import this into season mode? or dl it and move the player files into your current rosters that u have in the season or put them on fa

I'm not sure, I think I'm going to make a .exe file because I have a lot of files to put in it from my sgsm folder. I just tested out dynasty mode and it works fine. I have all the rookies with the right draft place, but I don't think I'll be able to put the correct birthplace. I still have to put all the players from the free agency on there right teams, update the rosters and make Pecherov, Balkman, and Freeland.

How do you open a .exe file??? It keeps saying the file is corrupted...

yea i did what jlaman26 did. i have a clean sgsm cause i just reinstalled so its just the patches and andrews rosters CF's. i have to undo the cpu's transactions and put the rookies on the correct teams and i will create the draftees that werent in the draftinstaller and the few euro guys that were signed in the offseason. ill try to find some CF's for them

i had jlaman's roster link bucause where filiponos if u want i could release it but i will ask adrew and jlaman.do u want me too release it?

that would be a lot better it is hard work. plus im a full filipino just was born here
