That's actually pretty good news. Please confirm, do you have the following installed:

1. sweat patch v 1.1 w/ fasz's lighting fix
2. seraph's shoe patch V21 w/ accurate shoe patch
3. TNT patch
4. Andrew's latest roster p06v106
5. c0nr4d's various "complete" jersey patches

Cause I do, and my game is still constantly crashing, even after re-install.

You just need to remove c0nr4d's jersey patches. then the problem will be fixed.

Now that I double checked , I dont think is the Overlay score, cause that file wont load in the INTRO for the teams, apparently the game crashes when trying to load the overlay with the pic of the player in the introductions of the game, maybe is some sort of conflict with ALL 3 of the lightning , the shoes and the TNT patch , I will keep experimenting

I dont have the lighting, the TNT patch etc but My game still crashes when I played the dynasty mode with your shoe patch, when you edit or assigned shoes differently from your accurate shoe patch the game crashes in the intro, I think its the accurate shoe patch that cause the game to crashed in the intro

you have to use a different lightmap for the court or in other words get a patch for that court or you could just change the four letter code of a lightmap from a patch you already have to the court you want less bright
i get the crash now but only with my enviroment settings at high and i have the TNT patch, Fasz and PDubs lighting, Conrads jerseys and all Seraphs patches and i run a GeForce FX5200. Maybe NBA Live 06 can't load all the patches from the sgsm or my PC can't handle all the graphics :|

sorry for brining this oldie back but i somehow got this to work, and my graphix card doesnt allow lighting  . i downloaded aiact 4 and downloaded the guys settings and i saw the players were all shiny, so i checked the detail and it said lighting was off then i downloaded the sweat patch and it worked. so im happy about that. but in your guys opinion whos light patch is the best for showing the sweat and are you aloud to have conr4ds jersey packs?

Conr4d's jerseys work fine with the sweat patch, I have been using them for a while. As far as the lighting patch, you would have to try them yourself. Everybody has their own opinion on the lighting.

Congrads on getting lighting to work, what video card do you have?

hammertime23, to find out what type of videocard you have you can do one of two things.

1 - Use the EasyInfo.exe program located in the "NBA LIVE 06\Support" directory. "Display Device" is your video card.

2 - Open the windows control panel and open "display" settings. Click on the "settings" tab. Click the Advanced tab and it will open a new window and then click the Adapter tab. The "Chip type" under "Adapter information" is your video card.

~Brandi~1079, Thx. Its all about trial and error.

Nobody with a geforece 4 can get lighting to work even with a settings.dat file, and Geforce 4mx's support transform and lighting. Transform and lighting can be performed by your cpu's processor. I believe the issue is the programmable Directx 8 and 9 shaders that newer chips/cards support, but the Geforce 4mx's do not. The only people I have noticed who have reported the dat file to work are people with an intel onboard graphics chip.

dude, not to be rude but i think this post should be at the patch requests section.
I'm tired of hearing about money, money, money, money, money. I just want to play the game, drink Pepsi, wear Reebok.
