PDub AIACT v0.3 - Fixed some things, broke others.

I played a game with the latest version of the beta rosters and the latest version of the aiact and it performed pretty well, no crashes or weird behaviour, so I'd like to go ahead and include the updated aiact in the next version of the update.

I'm guessing not because of the FSS moves, but if you wanted to try you could always back up your NBA Live 2005 aiact.viv and restore it if you run into any problems.
