Possible Misses [Highlighted are most important]:
Gerald Green - Highflyer
Gerald Wallace - Highflyer, could be a stopper
Eddy Curry - Power
Brevin Knight - Playmaker
Donyell Marshall - Shooter
Nene - Power, Insider Stopper [could be outisde because he steals]
Andre Miller - Playmaker
Chauncey Billups - Shooter
Rip Hamilton - Outisde scorer, shooter [I'm not sure if it counts for mid-range shooters]
Mickael Pietrus - Outside stopper
TJ Ford - Playmaker
Stackhouse - Outside Scorer
Livingston - Playmaker
Marko Jaric - Outside stopper [he can steal]
Grant Hill - Outside Scorer
Jalen Rose - Inside Scorer
Matt Bonner - Shooter
Andre Emmett - Highflyer
James Posey - Outside stopper
Gilbert Arenas - Shooter
Shareef Abdur-Rahim - Inside Scorer
Zach Randolph - Inside Scorer
Tony Allen - Highflyer, Outside Stopper
Shane Battier - Outside and maybe also inside stopper
Fred Jones - Highflyer
Damon Jones - Shooter
Antonio McDyess - Inside scorer
Travis Outlaw - Highflyer
Joel PrzyBilla - Inside Stopper
Vladimir Radmonovic - Shooter
Bobby Simmons - Shooter [if mid-range counts]
Wally Szczerbiak - same as Simmons
Daruis Miles - Highflyer

Rookies
Gerald Green - Highflyer
Chris Paul - Playmaker
Hackim Warrick - High flyer
Martell Wabester - Shooter
Rashad McCants - Shooter
Joey Graham - High flyer
Nate Robinson - High flyer
Deron Williams - Playmaker
Raymond Felton - Playmaker
Salim Stoudemire - Shooter

Stopper problems:
Tayshaun Prince - Inside stopper?
Billups - He was on the All-Defensive 1st team, but he's not that great man to man, and he's not a stealer.
J-Rich - Outside stopper [he's not a great stealer, and he's a weak man to man defender], weird one
Marbury - His man to man defense is weak, and his steal is above average, but I didn't think 1.49 steals in 40 MPG would make you a stopper in terms of steal rating
Francis - Same as others
Bosh - He's not that good a shot blocker or man to man defender

I think you guys are missing the point of Freestyle Superstars. IT'S TO SEPERATE THE STARS FROM THE OTHER PLAYERS IN THE LEAGUE!!!!! You can't go and give all these players superstar features, it would defeat the purpose of having Freestlye Superstars in the first place!!! There should only be a handful of players who have the superstar feature, not 100 guys!!!!!

Just what I said. Otherwise, this would be NBA Street V4 :D

Thank you NBAFAN2005, at least someone gets it around here.

Sun Sep 18, 2005 8:23 am

but those people deserve it

Sun Sep 18, 2005 8:25 am

none of the rookies deserve it, they are unproven in the NBA.

This is true. We have to know their performance in the NBA before giving them Superstar abilities, even if they're good dunkers.

PS: Joey Graham sucks ! :D

Sun Sep 18, 2005 8:31 am

i agree with the rookies comment BUT you dont need to see them play in the nba to see if they are good at DUNKING... thats the only thing

Yes, but anyways better wait.

Sun Sep 18, 2005 8:35 am

good at the dunk contest and dunking in a real game are two different things.

I totally agree. That happens to Darius Miles or Speedy Claxton, for example. And in another way, it happens to Jefferson ( his ingame dunks are great, but in a contest.......... :? )

yeah i know what you are saying, but why if chris anderson the "birdman" going to the contest two years in a row while he canNOT do any dunks except the simple two hand dunk. i don't think that darius miles been to the dunk contest to show what he can nor travis outlaw. miles is a better dunker than chris anderson and jr smith.

whats your point? Chris anderson isnt a high flyer...and im sure Darius Miles and Outlaw can dunk better then him.

Sun Sep 18, 2005 8:51 am

Chris Andersen is a great power dunker, but not a high-flyer. He has no COORDINATION. I don't think Miles is a better dunker than JR, but they both are great dunkers.

Sun Sep 18, 2005 8:51 am

i have a clip of miles in the high school mcdonalds dunk comp doing the "rock the cradle" !

I have that video too, but is enough if he can do that good dunks he can perform in live 2005, not the High Flyer special dunks.

Sun Sep 18, 2005 8:56 am

i meant that chris anderson has been in dunk contest 2 years in a row and he cannot dunk shit, but any of you guys are saying miles is good ingame but is not good in a contest. how do you know that miles is not good at a contest. fred jones won the slam dunk contest and he is not a highflyer. he is 6'2 and he has 40 something vertical and you are saying that he is not a highflyer??? think about that.

...the highflyer dunks are some windmills and things like that which miles and fred jones can do with their eyes clothes and prolly dont even need a running start

Sun Sep 18, 2005 9:01 am

neat...how many dunks do they get during a game?

Sun Sep 18, 2005 9:02 am

But they don't do that in NBA games, and that's what Supestar abilities are about. Anyways, you can change it the way you want. I will make changes for sure.

Sun Sep 18, 2005 9:07 am

i'vee seen fred and darius do some nice stuff in games man

Sun Sep 18, 2005 9:11 am

yes, but not good enough to have that high flyer ability.

Sun Sep 18, 2005 9:16 am

IN-GAME amare and stromile havent done REALLY nice dunks on the level that an atheletic guard can (VC etc...) and miles and jones can do the same shit they can

Sun Sep 18, 2005 9:20 am

Amare is very athletic. He's more of a power dunker, but he can make athletic putbacks and change durnks in midair.

Sun Sep 18, 2005 9:21 am

They shouldn't be high-flyers, they should be power dunkers. But I don't really care, because the game is customizable.

Sun Sep 18, 2005 9:24 am

Miles is definitely a HIGHFLYER, hes up there (Y)
