Sorry to be a pain but could this also be done to the shoulder & arms, if so, it would look awesome man!!!!

Great work Dude

Only problem with that is I would have to do the sweat ALL OVER AGAIN to add that effect to all faces and arms/legs. It shouldn't be a problem, but more of a hassle, since I forgot how I got the arms to get that shine(not the beads and lines, thats easy).

I'd like to hear more opinions on it though.

I gave it a go earlier and it looks awesome (y)
The one thing I see wrong with it now, is that the arms are darker than the rest of the body. I suppose when you get the file for the head you wouldn't notice it, but i would still like it to be lighter (= more realistic).

Again, great job so far...

Sorry all, but I have decided against using the textured skin. The reason being that it's such a small detail and won't be visible for the most part. Those pics are real closeup to the players, and it will barely be noticeable. If I can find a way to overlay the effect onto the ones I have already done without changing the way the sweat looks, then I'll do it. I was hoping on a release date for today, but since its the all star game today, it won't happen. I'll do 2 faces a day and any more if I have time or feel up to it. This week or next weekend it WILL be released.

On another note, I noticed Bruce Bowen has a specmap of 2 in the dbf, but when I did 13 for the bald players, he had the sweat applied to him. This may mean that I won't have to do 15 files. :) Many of the fspec files are exactly the same, also.

Man, what's with the diff. in court colors in that last pic in Minnesota? Which one is correct?

I like the lighting, though, FasZ (Y)

I'll answer that, the inset picture is the xbox360.

Pdub,

I know the inset is XBOX360, but what I'm noting is the extreme difference in court wood looks. Which one is more accurate, and if it's not the PC version, then we should get someone to fix it.

(you probably know what I'm about to ask, lol), but could you hop on AIM and send me a few files to edit? As you know I'm not home for another day, still.

Is my point being missed or something, lol?

In this image, we have the PC big and XBOX360 small. As you can see, the court colors are vastly different on them. Now, what I'm wondering is, which is corect? The PC one, or the XBOX360 one? Because they can't both be. And, if it's the XBOX360 one that is more realistic in terms of hardwood color, somebody should fix it on the PC.

Is that better?

i got a feeling that with work we'll get the pc version to be almost as, if not better than, the xbox version.

Also, i think the xbox 360 version court is correct, i think its going to be correct 99 percent of the time cuz the 360 version is supposed tobe better.
