OE,after first day test,everything was perfect,including my JJ Redick being a Shooter Superstar in 2006(that's great to my team).

But only wonder this patch would be excellent if it could work in the Roster.Now I have to do the same changing thing in every of my dynasty,and each time would cost 1/2 hours,hey,man,that's crazy to my bad eye,hahahaha

But that's noting because I am so eager to use the patch that is nearly as same as the true NBA!

As far as I know, from experience, it does not screw up anything (yet, at least). The only thing I am wondering is whether or not I need to rescout everybody from what their ratings were at one time or if that will even change.

Is there a way to have these players created in the regular free agent pool (so we can update our rosters when the real draft happens), instead of in Dynasty Mode?

I assume it involves editing a field in the .bat from team 39 to team 50, but I'm not sure which one...

You can put all of the files in the sgsm to your sgsm then create the players in the game and edit them i already did for my self about 30 rookies like that....

You can put all of the files in the sgsm to your sgsm then create the players in the game and edit them i already did for my self about 30 rookies like that....

Seems like there should be an easier way, since we already have OLEnglish's bats that create the players for us.

It has to do with your filters. Your current bat is set up to change players based on team and rookierank. Aldridge has rookierank 0 (as does every other player in the roster, except the generated rookies), so that's why all players with team 50 got changed to Aldridge.

It might work if you add 86 lines of "blank" players, with some random number for team (but not a valid team number...so something like 74), and numbered 0-86 for rookierank. Then the bat should overwrite all of those lines with the draftees.

...actually, I just tried this, but for some reason Aldridge didn't show up in the FA list, and everyone's appearance was shifted down (so Tyrus Thomas had Bargnani's height/weight, etc). I don't know why that happened.


Looks like the only safe way to do it is manually create the players, then run your Rating.bat.
