I didnt steal anyones work. I did all the numbers myself. My 1992 Dream Team numbers are from a professional sports team font pack that I modified myself, as well as adding a mesh to them. The 1996 Dream Team numbers are nothing more than the Orlando Magic classic numbers with changed colors. FACT: The '96 Dream Team used the exact same font as the Orlando Magic used in Penny and Shaq's early days. I am pretty upset about these allegations because I have spent WEEKS just getting to this point with my USA Basketball project.

Cable and Bassman can vouch for me as they helped me when I first started. They can vouch for the step by step process and learning pains I encountered as they witnessed first hand my beginning artworks, intermediate, and currect stages.

to Teej2005. i will tell you what's mine. mine: Barcelona Olympic Team Jerseys (1992, original dream team) and numbers. even the texture is the same.
then. Atlanta olympic team jerseys (1996) - jersey logos (you cropped the texture out and messed up the logos, silly you) and, of course numbers. i haven't seen any of your other work, 2004 jersey version, thank god, is not mine. and. please. fix the ripped neck on 1996. there hasn't been that much detailed neck in the whole patch history. fortunately, nothing else here is mine. but still it's enough.
to cloudy: it always happens this way. i release like one (but big) patch a year, and year after year those patches are ripped no matter what. because it's quality. and those vain attempts are just stupidity in making glory taking the least possible time. and as you know, now it's summer....i'm not intended to make any patch by now...but if i feel like in september - stay tuned

Teej2005, you are not intended to explain your versions..people might download athens for live 2004 (!!! see how old the patch is) and see...i recognize my own numbers, jersey texture, logos, necks and all that. i made it. year after year. making it better year by year...it's like 6th version of usa numbers. but i know every pixel of it. because I, and not you made it. and you can call the God himself. you show previews NOW. and i have them made 2 years ago. who's worth to believe? no question needed.

Its apparent to me that you take GREAT pride in the work you do and a remarkable job it is. With that being said, all I found in the other forum (nbalive.org) is you bashing yet other people for supposidly stealing your work. I cant say if they did or not, I can only say that I did not. You havent seen any of my other work, because I have made nothing BUT USA Basketball since I bought the game 2 months ago.

And where do you get off trying to 'claim' ANY jersey in ANY game unless it is a jersey that says ULTRANIX across the top. I dont even know you and you have enraged me so much, its stupid to think I am sitting here this pissed off over you allegations.

My jersey textures up until yesterday were from Bassman's Jersey Tutorial which credits all textures (UPDATED EDIT 7/7/06) . Yesterday I started experimenting with SAG375's jersey textures. Of course my stuff isnt going to be perfect because I JUST STARTED DOING THEM. I dont know why the neck on my '96 jersey pinches like that because its the same as my blue away version.

So... here we go.

I will post anything you want me to post. What do you want me to post? I'll post it so you can rip it apart because its so crappy compared to your high and mighty craftsmanship. I guess you are right, NOBODY could have done the numbers or jerseys close to yours because you are the ONLY one who would take time to pay that much attention.

But regardless.... everyone has the right to make whatever they want, when they want. If someone truly does rip something off of someone elses (and I know it happens), then they need to either:
A: credit the original artist or B: discontinue the work.

To Teej2005, keep up the good work , are you planning to do the 2000 Dream Team?

Well, I have the complete 92, 96, and 04 Teams done. I only did 04 because its current, even though somehow they, like the 2000 team couldnt bring home the gold.

Holly shit. Im out of the patching buisness for 2 seconds and i find my textures being used without credit. For shame

Anyway, the project will continue though it is going slow. I am still trying to get the hang of this stuff but when it does get released, all originators of any works from trims to jerseys will be credited if and only if their names are on the templates and works that I, or now 'we' study from.

Hey guys, I am looking for contributors for this project.

Needed:

*Player accessory editor
-need USA headbands and elbow bands for 2004 team / Iverson USA Sleeve (will probably need to slightly change player package so only Athens Iverson has USA sleeve. Only Athens players have USA headband.(I have study photos and will provide images)

-need red tinted shades for Reggie Miller 1996 team

*Court professional (I seem to be having problems)
*Chris Mullin Cyberface and Portrait
*Dream Team Player shoes if special for Olympics
*Will need a patcher to make it self extracting in the end

According to some sources, they exist somewhere already. I do not know where though. Check with UltraNIX I guess.

The 1992, 1996, 2000, and 2004 teams will be available when this project is completed. It is very possible I might make some of the 'Junior Teams' and the jersey variations that they seem to have. Their jerseys are a little different than the official Olympic competition uniforms.

I am not sure, but you can check at forums.nbalive.org (where NTeams originated).

All you would need to do is change a players team association in the DBF editing. Thats the only way you can do this unless the teams are playable in a season or dynasty in which you should be able to just add and replace via Roster Changes.

Okay... I finished the 1992 jerseys. They were my first ever custom jersey project and it looks like after figuring a few things out and getting some assistence with new textures and trims to experiment with, my final version looks lightyears better than my rookie version. I've almost completed rehauling my '92, '96, and '04 jerseys. I only have a few more previews and practice uni's to do, and then I will work on the Sydney 2000 uni's as well as attempt to do some courts.
CK has volunteered to help with patching but I still need a few more contributors. A cyberface expert would be GREAT. looser has decided to help with courts

It'd be neat if you did like a 2006 USA team projected roster... leave out the guys like Reddick and Morrison and Oden and Ridnour who most likely wont make the team and take the top 15.... that'd be pretty sweet.
