... That's a good idea, except we've kinda split the divisions between us and we've been doing random teams. We could try, though, but I think 5 random teams is easier.

They look flat (yes, that help a lot! ). For instance, compare the Jumaine Jones to the one made by JTG 618

Not to be a pain but how come you didn't make an Emeka Okafor portriat for Charlotte?

Ryan, you get depth if you add a Levels layer.

Now that I look at the Celtics pack aswell I think that the "depth-issue" is relevant there too.

And the cropping on Kandi, Greene and Gomes might benefit from a look again. I'm refering to the blue bits at the top of their heads or right above it.
