EA does it AGAIN - no save player stats

I wanna see triple double, double double and efficiency in Nba Live 06. Come on EA you guys gotta mirror the real nba as much as possible. Had they had triple double in the past I'll be leading the league every single year.

But if anything is going to be left out or neglected, I'd rather it be a feature like this, as opposed to something in Dynasty Mode (which from what I've seen so far looks like it has improved even though there's still room for growth) and gameplay (ditto). I don't want to sound insensitive or condescending to those who do make regular use of the Save Stats feature - I only ever save boxscores - but there'd be much more of an uproar if nothing was done about Dynasty Mode or gameplay.

But it is strange that it's left out, especially after the complaints and the patch to fix it last year. I suppose that suggests a patch to fix it won't be out of the question this year, but we'll see.

The point is, that a save stats feature would take all of about 1 hours work to incorporate in the game - they've done it before - they have the code - they can copy it and do it again with hardly any effort.

Why can't they learn - why the same thing year after year?....they obviously don't care about the people who have been long time users of this game and the production is badly organised.

The frickin game was released early - days early.....why not get their bloody finger out and put the features people want in the game and release it as scheduled......when I found out it was early I thought, wow EA have finally got their act together....I play my $$$s for it, start it up - first thing I check is MISSING....it's just stupid.

I suppose they wasted their time improving the game.

Yea Freestyle Superstars is not a Huge game improvement, I mean it is but they cant just do one thing better each year

it sucks that we have to settle for nba live if we want a basketball game for PC.

After last years patch and fixin the "problem" with stat saving one would figure they would add it this year. Well it's clear it's not a mistake by them or just an unfortunately forgettin..but atleast they could come up and just say it that they want people to satisfy more of their greed on EASO, and not to have their fun on these communities playerbase has built up by themsleves (online leagues)

For me it's not enuff that game itself might be great, Online playin and the beloved league im in, is the reason why i keep coming back to the games through out the whole year while waitin next release...this needs fix (again :/ )

Well, as Damnation said. It looks like they really want to force people to play on EASO. However I don't think this will bring them the desired result, I personally have no intention on paying to play month for month. Especially since there is no league in the common sense. The league we are both in thrives on stats (as does every other online league) and without stats, a lot will be missing. So maybe EA managed to ruin our online experience even more, but I will be damned if they get more profit on it. I for one am considering not buying this game until a stats patch comes out. I'd rather not play the game at all than being annoyed every time I start it up.

And I sure as hell won't play on EASO, nothing of value is offered there for my personal preference. I want to play in a league with people of my choice, who share the same view on the game and its online experience, which is not only about winning. On EASO usually you will meet people who play for wins only, disconnect if they are losing and all sorts of things that just ruin it for me. And then pay for that? Fat chance...

I'm of the opinion that it is an improvement, at least based on my first impressions. I'm still delving deeper into it every chance I get.

Man! I just can't believe it... This is just ignorant BS from EA. NBA Live has become daily business for many of us playing in NBA Live Leagues.

Well, this means a lot of spare time until EA releases a patch, if they ever will. I guess I'll focus on broadcasting 'till then. Damn' it!

you buy the game on the release, cant play your leagues, so you will play on EASO while the patch doesnt come out and maybeee you will like it playing there...

In-game saving is more important and relevant to me.
