Why dont they add WNBA teams/players?

Why not just make 1 WNBA all-star team?

well this game is about NBA, and NBA has nothing to do with WNBA.

well... in a way it does, the NBA owns the WNBA so it would be within their power to put a WNBA All-Star team in '06

I personally like the WNBA, at least I like the Monarchs. Put I do agree that this is the NBA live 2006, not NBA +WNBA live 2006.

The main reason is the same one they don't add Euroleague teams or NCAA teams; it's a simulation of the National Basketball Association. And I can guarantee that if WNBA teams were added, there'd be complaints about how EA added WNBA teams when they could have been doing something else.

But you know, adding WNBA teams/art would add a little more variety. Adding a female body model would open up some possibilities for special roster patches, which haven't been nearly as popular or successful since the early days.

Why dont they add WNBA teams/players?
