Assuming it's the same system as regular games, you'd probably be able to sim them. I think that should be the standard for most Dynasty Mode features (and Owner Mode if and when those features are added); if you don't want to play a particular part of the game, you can skip/sim it without penalty.

Yeah I hope they add this in the next -gen version. I just want them to follow Madden & MVP. Maybe MVP should help them not since they won't be making a game for a while.

I'd be surprised if they added too much in the way of brand new features to the next-gen versions. I'd actually be quite disappointed if that was the case, since I don't intend on getting an Xbox360 and I'm sure the PC version would be capable of having additional Dynasty Mode features.
