EA reads this site. If everything was all fine and dandy they would make the game much worse (since apparently we love everything they do to the game whether its good or not).

EA does read this forum and especially Tim does as he used to be the moderator before Andrew took over.
It's not like we don't bash the game here, we just do it, I love this and that about the game, but this and that needs fixing...
EA games do usually get better from year to year... Maybe the progress ain't as large as we would have hoped it to be, but it's usually better. NBA Live 2003 is the single diversion from this rule.
We just want solid gameplay and deeper dynasty, but the problem with that is that it won't sell new games... The veteran fans might be delighted, but the it won't attract much attention from new gamers and expanding the fan base is what this all is about. They want to get more fans etc. etc. and that's why we get crazy graphical gimicks every year instead of the something great like Mid level exception in Dynasty or something to do with team chemistry or player happiness...
It's sad that it is what it is... But hey, it always gets better...
