Beta Roster v0.3

I've just released new updates for 08 and 07, while updating the 06 roster alongside them. I'm now in the process of making sure I've got all the art in place and compiling the installation file, with an aim of getting a stable release out ASAP.

what will the art pack feature?

The usual: faces, jerseys and courts, though until we get all the headshapes converted there will be some issues with headbands. In that respect, the project will still be a work in progress. We've also got some custom menu patches, not sure if I'll include those in v1.0 but I'll see how I go.

Andrew, why is the salary cap at 50 millions, inst it supposed to be at 60 millions?

Is there any way to change salary cap for all teams from 50 millions to 60, its really stupid that all teams are 20 millions or more over cap limit?

Because the cap has increased pretty much every season it's been in place and NBA Live 06 reflects the salary cap from a few years ago. To change it you need to edit a franchise.dat once a Dynasty has been started, as such as I cannot include the updated cap in the rosters.

This is the one. It's for 07 but the steps are the same for 06, the default value for 06 is also noted for convenience.

Andrew, is there any way to make the list of FA in dynasty mode little longer, now it has around 35 players and i would like it to have at least 50?

And will the player ages be moved 3 years back in the next release or not?

Not as far as I'm aware. The game prunes it automatically.

Ages won't be adjusted in v1.0 but I'll be working on that after the release. What I'll probably do is release a batch file fix for anyone who wants to shift the ages backwards before the next release as well as applying the change myself.
