Btw, I think the controls Im using supports only English language. And also check the filename of your wav file, it should not have spaces..

Dunno man, It helped me, try this out:
Go to control panel ->regional and language options, then in
Regional options set English (United Kingdom) language and
in Advanced to English (United Kingdom).
Tell me if it helps ya
