Hey i have i fun idea for the Arenas of Dallas and New Jersey (if someone can) why dont you put behind the roster of New Jersey or somewhere near them Jay-Z ,and near the Dallas roster Mark Cuban ??

Could work, though you'd have to edit the right files otherwise you'd end up with multiple Mark Cubans and Jay-Zs spread throughout the crowd.

Here's another idea for i famous face in the court MJ at Charlotte court,LA Laker somewhere in the First seats David Beckam,Jack Nicholson(He has been on nearly every match i watched when Lakers are ate home)For Atlanta Ludacris maybe

You can certainly make the suggestions but remember that patching is something people do as a hobby in their spare time so it might be that no one is willing or able to produce such a patch. Unfortunately not every request can be fulfilled, at least straight away. If someone does want to give it a shot I'm sure they'll say so.
