Changing faces and names of coaches on Dynasty Mode??

How can i change the name and the face my teams coach because i dont want my coach to be Bickerstaff,i want to change him to Avery Jonhson,and for Dallas-Larry Brown.How can i make it ???

You need to edit coaches.dbf, see the Editing Guides in the NBA Live 06 subsite for more information on all the values. You'll also need to make sure you've got face files for Larry Brown and Avery Johnson otherwise they'll have pink heads when you change the PLAYERPKG values.

Well I made it i have the face even of Terry Porter so i made him Pho coach and the coach of the NYK is D'Antoni now on the current files,but coaches like Vinny Del Negro,Ed Tapscott,Kevin McHale and others dont have faces how can i make faces for them???

You would have to consult the various face patching tutorials about that. Alternatively, you can use the coach face patches from 07 and 08 for coaches like Del Negro. As far as I'm aware, no one's made faces for the other recent coaching changes.
