You can safely delete a player by entering 32 in the "TEAM" field. That will make him retire and he won't appear in the game.

EDIT: I came up with an idea but i don't know if it will work. Switch is ISCREATED to TRUE and delete the player in the game.I know it should work with players you previously created but i don't know with players that were in the game before.
