Nice team but, who are you training? And who are you building your team around? To me it looks like stephon since he might have the highest rating or does he?

nope i'm training Deng since i pretty much like him the best from all of them,and the highest rating has Kevin Martin with 83

can you give me some tips about training player(s)?i do have 3 teen agers on my roster namely mike conley, rudy gay, and javaris crittenon

If i had your team i'd focus my assistant/s on casol, gay, conley, martin a couple of times, millicic and leung. Young players have more room to improve. If you have two or three assistants then for greater improvements focus all assistants on one player for a month, 100% in one ability. If you focus your players and train them for four weeks then you'll have more results but do whatever you like. I'm just saying this from personal success that i had from training players for four weeks.

i would prefer on Conley,Gay,Crittenton-he has big potentials,Milicic and Hicks.
