how to edit player ratings in DB Commander?

i want t make Scottie Pippen's rating 66.

should i change every single table to make pip's rating 66? or should i only edit the player overall rating table?

You should edit the individual ratings, then enter Edit Player from within the game to recalculate his overall rating. If you simply change his overall rating, that won't change the way he plays.
