Editing the settings.dat file

Hi guys,

Is it possible to edit the settings.dat file? I had recently started a new dynasty, however all the previous awards from my previous dynasty remains. Is there a way to remove those previous awards?

You could try deleting the main settings.dat file so that your game goes back to the default settings. Save these settings and copy the new settings.dat file to your Dynasty folder. You might want to update your sliders or change any other settings as desired before you do that though.
