Comeback Code Editing + Dunk Package

I was reading the NBA Wiki and came across the Comeback code. Is it possible to edit this via DB Commander?

Also, can a player be assigned multiple dunk packages via DB editing?

No and no. The comeback logic isn't stored in any databases and there's only one DUNKPACK attribute.
