Runs very very slow in-game

Hi, the menus and options runs ok, but when a game starts this runs very slow, before i have a gpu i think was video issue but now i have:

Pentium 4 2.6 Ghz
512 Mb DDR
Nvidia GeForce 5200 FX 128Mb (AGP)

I low detail setting to the minimun and still no effect.

I think with my new card this wil run fine but it still in very slow motion.

Some idea what i can try ?

Have you got the latest drivers from nVidia.com? If not, it might be worth downloading them.

You can also try disabling any programs you have running in the background.

Reinstall the game. I believe the game installs something that sets itself up for your config at installation, because this happened to me a few years ago when I got a new computer and just tried to play Live when it was already installed. I quick reinstall solved the problem.

Thanks people, i was running the exe with WIN98 compatibility

Before i install then GeForce i have a Sis Integrated chip, and the game plays well but i have no court (blacked) since i try several things, one Win98 compatibility

Now is running fine!
