Can't choose my team for a dynasty.........

Hi, i want to begin a dynasty but with several teams i never finish it because i get bored fast. I played with: Denver - Lakers - Caveliers - Heat. I can't seem to choose a team. Anyone has any suggestions to keep a dynasty intresting?
