Dunk School

Can anyone teach me how to do alley oops dunks?
everytime i try to do a alley oops dunk i can't get the timing right and i don't have any ideas of how to get the correct timing, can anyone please help?

just like the your Title says, go to dunk school and keep trying. It is all about timing and it's something we cant teach you.

I try my best to help. Start you're alleyoop a few steps before the 3pt line in front of the basket. When you toss the ball don't go right after it.. just before it bounces start your run..... start you're gather just about at the height from the top of the key. hold you're trick button and when you grab the ball don't hold it to long just like a dunk without a alleyoop. It's best to start with alleyoop's in front of the basket and when you get a hand in it try different angles.
