CPU Never Subs

Why does the CPU Team never sub, I played a 7 minute quarter game and they never subbed once.

Maybe your CPU substitution slider is set to 0?

Fatigue is also off by default in NBA Live 06 which would also allow the CPU to go throughout a game with subbing unless a player gets into foul trouble.
