[PC] 06 Sound / Graphic Problem

hey guys! I'm glad I found this forum.....
1st my PC
Athlon XP 3200+
ATI 9800pro iceQ latest driver
1gig ram
here are my problems:
When I play some game the sound gets strange after several minutes. I don't know how to explain, it's like theres electricity(murmur) in there and it gets worse and worse... Its REALLY loud and I hardly can hear the standard NBA sound.
But then the court starts flickering some black , and there are strange colors every on the court.
and in the end I get really scared because it sounds like the PC would die in 2 minutes
please help me and sorry for my bad english
