First ball - impossible?

Sat Sep 16, 2006 7:39 pm

If u play for example with Suns vs. Rockets on "superstar", it's just impossible for Thomas to beat Yao Ming for the first ball, I've tried it millions of times. I understand that Ming's just better, but, on theory, from 50 times Thomas would have the possibility to win at least 1 ball, don't you think so?

6-9 guy against a 7-6 guy. impossible unless you are very skilled at doing jump balls in live like i am

I think its generally too easy to win jumpballs on superstar but yeah a 6'9'' guy against a 7'5'' lol. I like to lose the tipoff cuz i prefer to start the 2nd and 3rd quarter with ballpossesion :)

Maybe your not trying hard enough. :P .But yeh Yao is a lot bigger and has an advantage over a 6'9 guy.

Being realistic, I dont think there would ever be 50 jump balls between those two players during the course of their careers so thinking he would get at least one or two out of the fifty isnt even worth thinking about.
