The players on offense don't move around or cut enough

Not nearly as often as they do in real life. Is there a way to fix this?

Hmm, sometimes happens with me. Usually it's because Jermaine O'Neal (I run Post Up with him) runs and bumps into another player. I don't see how that should stop the play, but I just keep calling the same play until he arrives at his position.
