Changing team logos at 'play now'

Hi, i'm making a complete patch of this game for the Japan World Championship 2006 this summer, but i'm new at this and I don't now how to change the teams' logos at the play now screen and put the countries' flags.
I believed the correct way to do it was changing some .big files but i don't know how to do that and ¡ destroyed the game

I've already done the rosters and the courts, if everyone is interested, raise your hand
