I was looking for this patch description. Which no longer is possible to download:

I´ve also searched on the forum but I did not find any results with relevance.

The author is from somewhere in asia, so I could find any good information regarding this patch.

Does anyone know what is this patch about? And where to download it?

I just tried and yes it is possible to download. What kind of error do you see on it.

It says it´s a corrupted ZIP file.

You have to click save after you click download on the link you posted. You can't just click open. If you follow the readme everything shall work. If it doesn't I don't know how to help.

I´ve found this file on version 2.0. What I´m really lokking for is the descriptions.

I´ve found only chinese documetation.
