is it possible to play on ea server

and what they have the sliders set to and the play is not a realistic game, it seems like everyt time I play, the scores are a joke for 5 min periods and the fastbreak is a bigger joke. Players get 40+ with double teams all game, can the fastbreak be stopped?

if not then whats the best way to play human vs human and play a realistic game? By the way, this is for the XBOX 360

Are there any 360 nba live leagues out there and were would I find them?
