Is there a way to hire more staff?

so can we hire more than one assistant coach, one trainer and one scout?

I think you can only hire one assistant coach and that you can hire like 2 trainers and scouts.

I always have 2 assistant coaches, 1 trainer, and 1 scout.

You must first fill all the empty possessions (One ast. coach, one trainer and one scout) before trying to sign another one..

yeah fill all the positions then hire more if you have enough money left...you have a specific budget for hiring staff....i recommend hiring an A assistant coach, cheapest trainer and cheapest scout. Because that ways you can hire another assisstant coach to train your guys better. My players rarely get injured(in the 3 years i have played with the Raptors no1 ever got oinjured)

In the past i've gotten the cheapest scouts and trainers, and then 3 assistant coaches, one that specializes in athletics, one that specializes in defense, and one that specializes in offense. I find that takes up a lot of time to do all the training for them though.

heres something i tried, we are allowed 5 staff members as long as we can pay them, i took the 3 cheapest assistant coach, the cheapest trainer and the cheapest scout, of course they are all low grade staff. i save my file and using a dbf editor i edited my staff at staff.dbf of my dynasty and turned them into class A coaches, trainer and scout. you will be suprise with your players improvements they are really good. hehehe, try it if you want to. peace

bro i know it's cheating i was just trying to help, and since were so concern with morality, you can actually play it good and still win a lot, even without the coaches. hehehe

How did you dbf edit the asst coaches??? Please tell sounds interesting.

What is value to make the coaches A+?

I tried editing mine, I put 10 on the 3 category but its not saying if its an A under the staff just blank..

I can't remember offhand and I'm not at home right now so I can't check. I'd suggest making a note of the various staff ratings in your saved Dynasty and then checking on the corresponding values in staff.dbf. You should then be able to edit your staff accordingly.

Thanks andrew I found it, the value should be like 0 for the attributes to be an A+. I also change my coach name to those popluar coaches..hehehe
