Crashes after finish game?

here is the problem
everytime i uninstall nba live 06
n reinstall a fresh batch deleting the sgsm folder i can save fine
but then..
when i install
utopia face patches
Andreas dahl courts
and fran jerseys
and some other face patches
i now seem to cant save anymore
it crashes everytime i try to go to my dynasty menu
