is this a good upgrade i dont know much

i was wondering if anyone could help me and telling me if this would be a good upgrade for my computer or for any computer for that matter.i have an amd athlon 3000+. i want to get a geforce 7600gt but i need a new motherboard an what not. so i was thinking about buying this motherboard that comes with a video card. i could use the video card until i get enough money to buy a geforce 7600gt. any information would help me so much.....i dont know much about computers so is this item worth buying or im i wasting money?
