I haven't decided whether I'll continue updating the rosters for NBA Live 06 as they've become a bit of a hassle to say the least with the Primacy bug and come September/October I'll be maintaining an update for NBA Live 07. So for now, I can't say whether I'll have a post-Draft update or any future updates after that, so there is no anticipated release date.
When I make a decision, I will let everyone know. If I do decide not to continue updating the rosters, I will try and get someone else to take over them in my stead. In the meantime, please do not ask me when the new update is coming out, I haven't decided and would greatly appreciate not being pestered about it.
