Arena Speech Inquiry

im sending this request to anyone who could help me on this, im new here and i wanted to use Audy06, been trying it for quite sometime. But unfortunately it never worked.

could someone, give me a manual procedure on doing this instead of using Audy06. I mean the manual procedure to add Speech IDs on players.. like i guess first is working with xarplhr.idx right.. but dont know how to do it..
