Possible NBA custom team???

OK my idea is this as follows....
I want to build a custom team around NBDL players. The ones with NBA experience get priority but this to me would be a challenge because there are no stars or standouts. Kind of like building a team from the ground up. So far I have 60 plasyers in the available pool. I need help picking the strating roster along with most the team as I do not pay attention to NBDL at all. Could someone be willing to give me advice.
