If you mean cheats (e.g. holding two buttons and getting the ball) than I have to disappoint you, there's no such thing.

If you want to know uber-moves to score at will or other exploits I do not think these forums are the right place to ask for because these may ruin online game experience.

There are a lot of moves which are hard or even may not be performed via keyboard. To experience the full control over your players you should consider playing with a gamepad with two analogue sticks.

On defense:
Vs. the CPU there are some tactics to make it harder for it to score on you. First, you should run plays, there are several one's who are effective against the CPU's strategy. 3-2 Zone for instance is effective against a team who likes to score from the outside. A 2-3 Zone on the other hand is most effective against a team who loves to score in the paint. Man-to-Man defense can also be effective if used right. Stay always in front of your man. If the CPU's PG is to quick for your defender just make another player defend on him. In situations where you are down at the end of the 4th quarter the Full Court Press play is an option. Try to intercept inbound passed or get in the passing lane (trust me, after many games you'll know to whom the CPU passes the ball).

On awesome moves:
Well as I mentioned above, you won't experience everything without a gamepad. There are several awesome moves triggered with the superstar-trigger-button. But, the move your player performs depends on several factors. (e.g. players around him, distance to the basked, angle, stats etc.)

Well, that's it...
