Playing PC vs. Xbox

i love th exbox version based on the playability but i love the pc version for all the shoe & cyberface updates. I'm not crazy about the pc play cause of the choppiness & small monitor. how do i get the pc version to play as good as xbox & on a big monitor. I have an awesome graphics card & a dvi cable. pls help...thanks.

Adjust the resolution of the game in the detail settings menu is my only suggestion, I'm not a tech guru

If the screen is flickering and choppy, try adjusting the screen refresh rate.
