Changing Draft Order?

I am almost at the end of my first season as the Bulls. Naturally I traded away Tim Thomas. I was able to get Brad Miller in exchange, which really helped my team have a solid inside presence.

Anyway, when the draft comes around I want the Bulls to have the Knicks number 1 draft choice this year and then swap picks next year, since that is only fair (otherwise the game is cheating me out of the real trade). Does anybody know how to do this or what file I need to edit to make it happen?
