Where Are The Headbands

Where are these found? They are not in the shop and I couldn't select one when creating a player.

When creating a player there's a few options like bio or something,gear etc.Go to gear and then switch the focus on the head there is were you will find the headbands.
Something like this:

Also some hairstyles won't allow you to have headbands.

Yeah, very disappointing. I also hate how, more often than not, the
player's skin/hair will warp through the headband.

I know where they are but couldn't pick one. I created Smush Parker and the CAP said which headband to select as if the person who created his image could.
