Cant Put rosters on game?

Ive read the FAQ and I downloaded winzip and transfered all my files to the proper places.When I start up my game it still has orginal rosters.Can someone please help me.

AIM is s3 FicTioNaL if you dont want to explain it here and get a more indepth problem.

Did you load the rosters? In-game: Options>Load/Save
