editing draftees before draft

i've created a cyberface and made a potrait for myself ingame.so i decided to put myself in dynasty,through draft,rather than free agent pool.
i created my player in a roster file call 'ME' and did all the essential editing.everything was showing up.i then go into my current dynasty,and 2005-06 dynasty and take a look at the draftees.i chose one of the draftee,named grant spears,and go to dbf editor.i edited whatever i have of my created player in 'ME' to replace grant spears.(playersd.bf and appearance dbf.(including ratings except playerID and playervalue which follow the original grant spear's ones)).
i then went back ingame to check the name and it was good.the problem starts now.i use my scout and scouted myself,but the ratings turns out not to be tally with my initial ratings.i then sim all the way to 2006-2007 draft and drafted myself.i check the ratings and it was different from what i copy over from 'ME' to dynasty.anyone know how can i fix this problem?

It's not a problem. Change the ratings (or the name) after the draft.
