Why is he in teh game, Jerome williams doesn;t even play in teh NBA!

I believe he retired after the roster cutoff date, thus remains in the game. Reggie Miller was also left in the game as a free agent, I believe because he had one year left on his contract when he retired and thus is also able to appear on the 90s All-Stars...which will likely be even thinner next year.
