Can someone rate my GM skills any suggestions would help

I started my season with the Orlando Magic and I traded away several promising players for the youngest up and coming players I could land with all the cap room in the world. Here is my lineup

PG: Penny Hardaway
SG: Jarred Jeffries
SF: Grant Hill
PF: Antonio Davis
C: Dwight Howard

Bench
Deron Williams
Dorrel Wright
Gerald Green
Wayne Simien
Tony Battie

This team could struggle to score but in a couple of years I think I could have a dominating lineup. Any ideas on who I should keep and who I should trade. One thing is for sure Im not trading Dwight or Green

Trade away Penny, he is getting old and start Williams.
