thats a good roster but to get better results in games, you should put your roster something like this:

C - TD/CB/BD --- keep changing them three at the center spot
F - TD/CB --- those two are perfect
F - GW/DJ/MW ---- GW, great defense, DJ like, like shooter, not great, but good
G- MW/DJ ---- good shooter
G - JT/SP ----- good, fast, dunkers
