Need help

Hello, I am Ido from israel.
I have prablom with my NBA.
The prablom is that I bought NBA [Originel], And I instaled the game.
After the instalation, I opens NBA and I cant see the PLAY ONLINE.
After I instaled the Euroleague patch, it add me the PLAY ONLINE option, But is said that I didnt instaled it.
I tried instaling 4 times, But it didnt help.
PLZ help me.
