Ok, I've finished my cyberface using Photoshop but I don't know how to save it or what ? Someone help

Srbija: Next time, look around the forums and/or search for it first. If you would have done that, you would have found these tutorials stickied on the top of the page:
- Cyberface Tutorials - Editing the DBF/Finding the .ebo files
- How to add your own face into the game.[By:kbryant8]
Those tutorials deal with how you go about adding your cyberface to the game after you have created it in Photoshop. But if you haven't done the Photoshop work yet, here's another tutorial stickied on the top of the page:
- Making Cyberfaces Video!!
It has also been posted more tutorials that isn't sticked, so you could also search for those ones.
