Finally, I released my crowd update.

Contains crowd updates for the following teams:
TORONTO
BOSTON
SEATTLE
KINGS
SUNS
SIXERS
KNICKS
LAKERS
PACERS
ROCKETS
WARRIORS
DETOIT
DENVER
DALLAS
CAVALIERS

there's a lot to discover.(team jerseys, good players' numbers on jerseys...)

I have one concern: Will this overwrite any of my court patches or will it just overwrite the crowd?

This will replace anything in the stadium...
Here's how to only add 3D crowds:
Open BigGUI
Export the crowdfile using BigGUI (3dcrowd.fsh) (In the RAR)
Open the VIV of the team you want (EA Sports\NBA Live 06\SGSM\Stadia)
Once the VIV file opened click on Import and choose your exported crowd file.
Select the crowd file and click on Compress
Then click on Rebuild
