How to import/export teams? HELP!

I would like to remove the Atlanta Hawks and Chatlotte Bobcats and add 2 teams from the Euroleague mod (Zalgiris, Lietuvos Rytas)to my NBA live roster. How can I do it?
Do I have to use DB commander? Please help me?

If you want to replace those two teams, it would be best to simply overwrite them. I can't offer any advice as to creating art for the replacement teams but it's easy enough to open up teams.dbf with DB Commander and change the respective values. This guide can help you with the various fields in teams.dbf.
